New Employee Pre-Orientation Training

Pre-Orientation ImageWelcome to Kaleida Health! You are joining a family that is committed to Leading with CARE. We look forward to the skills and talents you will bring to help us advance the health of our community.

All new employees are required to complete this training program prior to their scheduled General Orientation at Kaleida Health and pass each knowledge check with a score of at least 80%.  New employees can retake the knowledge checks as many times as necessary to receive a passing score.

OrientationComplete the New Hire Pre-Orientation Training

Kaleida Health requires all employees to complete this online course to ensure compliance with the following: A Culture of Collaboration, Service Excellence, Corporate Compliance, HIPAA Compliance, EMTALA, Infection Control, Patient Safety, Employee Health, and Safety.

Submit Your Results

Click the "SUBMIT RESULTS" button after you have finished the course. It will direct you to a page where you will enter your information in order to obtain a credit for this course. Please follow the instructions on the page.
