National Health Service Corps

The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) helps bring health care to those who need it most. Since 1972, they have been building healthy communities by connecting primary health care providers to areas of the United States with limited access to care. NHSC Programs provide funding to primary care health care providers in exchange for service. Certain facilities in Kaleida Health are NHSC approved sites and we encourage you to visit the NHSC website to obtain more information and determine eligibility for Loan Repayment and Scholarship Programs.

NURSE Corps

NURSE Corps awards scholarships and loan repayment to nurses, nursing students, and nurse faculty. By supporting these nurses, we build healthier communities across the country—especially in areas of greatest need. Kaleida Health has sites that meet the designation as a high need area (for RNs, APNs) as stipulated by the NURSE Corps program.
