Join the Best of the Best
What does it take to be the best of the best?
It takes a nurse with limitless compassion, a thorough knowledge of clinical practice, and a person with passion, who never forgets that every day's focus is firmly on the patient. Our nurses are at the heart of Kaleida Health's high quality patient care. They work with expert physicians and clinicians who utilize the latest, most innovative technology, treatments and procedures to restore each patient to their best health possible.
Kaleida Health nurses practice evidence-based patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellence in all they do. Kaleida Health leadership is committed to providing nurses with strong support, professional growth and career development, and a progressive, inclusive work environment where nurses are valued for their skills, ideas, hard work and compassion. Here at Kaleida Health, we have more than 3,000 nurses who are the best of the best. And we invite you to be one of them.
At Kaleida Health, nurses have many different choices in where they practice. They can choose an adult or children's hospital setting, clinic, long term care or visiting nursing.
No other health system in the area offers nurses as many opportunities to utilize their skills and knowledge in multiple areas without ever leaving the organization. Whether you are an experienced nurse or new graduate, our extensive opportunities enable you to achieve your professional goals throughout your career.
