Kaleida Health offers the following remote access options. For all of these options you will need a valid Kaleida Health Network Account. All employees have already been granted remote access and do not need to submit a request.

Remote Access Gateway
The Kaleida Health Remote Access Gateway gives you web-based access to Kaleida Health resources such as Citrix applications, KaleidaScope, Kronos, other web pages, and corporate file shares. Remote Access Gateway requires two-factor authentication.
This access is ONLY available from OUTSIDE the Kaleida Health network.

Kaleida Email - Exchange Active Sync for Mobile Devices
|For users who would like to access Kaleida Health Outlook email, calendars, contacts, and tasks “Over the Air” to mobile devices that support Microsoft Exchange.

Kaleida Email - Outlook Web App (OWA)
|OWA gives you web-based access to your Kaleida Health email account with almost all of the features that are available in Microsoft Outlook.

Kronos Mobile Application
|Kaleida Health employees can get easier access to timecards, schedules, requests and accruals, from their iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry devices.
