Services

School Based Health Centers

Primary care services include comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis and treatment of minor, acute and chronic medical conditions and nutritional counseling. Mental health services include assessments, crisis intervention, counseling and referrals as needed. Services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team which include nurse practitioners, medical assistants, social workers, dietitians, psychologist, education counselors and physicians.

Clinics are located directly in each school and provide on-site access to students enrolled in that school during the academic day when school is in session.
