Language Assistance Services provides interpreting and translation services, free of charge, to limited English proficient (LEP) patients and deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Access to hundreds of languages is available via phone and video interpreting services, and face-to-face interpreting services are also available. Every attempt is made to provide services in any language.

Every patient or patient representative who enters our facilities with a communication barrier should be advised of his or her right to Language Assistance Services. There are times when a patient will have a family member or friend accompany them to interpret, however the guidelines strongly recommend against the use of children under the age of 16 as interpreters.

For questions or concerns, call (800) 295-9656 or email us.
