Ear, Nose, and Throat Center/Otolaryngology

Welcome to the Ear, Nose and Throat Center (also known as the Otolaryngology Department) at Buffalo General Medical Center.  An otolaryngologist is a physician who has special expertise in both the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the ears, nose, nasal passage, sinuses, larynx, mouth and throat, as well as structures of the neck and face.

Chronic ear infections, snoring, hearing loss, allergies, swallowing disorders, nosebleeds or dizziness are some of the more common medical disorders affecting Americans today. They are also among the most common disorders treated by an ear, nose and throat physician (otolaryngologist).
