Support Mike Hughes and the 11 Day Power Play
The countdown is on for the 11 Day Power Play, the world's longest hockey game, starting this Sunday, November 14 at Buffalo RiverWorks.
Mike Hughes, senior vice president and chief administrative officer at Kaleida Health, and 39 individuals will rotate in four-hour shifts, playing hockey 24/7 for eleven straight days.
These individuals have devoted their time and strength to this game, not only to set the world record but to raise money for cancer causes in Western New York. Over $1.5 million has been raised for local cancer programs, including the Roswell Park Oishei Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Program.
We all know someone who has been affected by cancer. Be a part of this initiative and give today, as we build a brighter future for those fighting this fight.
Good luck Mike!
