Tricia Fusillo Promoted to Director of Women's Services at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital

Tricia Fusillo, BSN, RN, NE-BC, has been promoted to director of Women’s Services at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital (MFSH).

In her new role, Fusillo’s responsibilities include clinical outcomes, financial stewardship, strategic initiatives and employee engagement throughout Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Mother Baby Unit, Lactation, Prenatal Testing and Childbirth Education to ensure parents and newborns receive high quality care at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.

Fusillo has most recently served as the nurse manager of Mother Baby, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the Lactation Department where she is credited with achieving quality ranking for NYS Newborn Screening, improvement of breastfeeding rates and the successful opening of 4 North with a multidisciplinary approach. Prior to her leadership in maternity services, Fusillo was nurse manager of the Nursing Supervisors and Float Pool at MFSH and the Infusion Center at DeGraff. Before coming to Kaleida Health 18 years ago, Fusillo was a nursing supervisor and pediatric intensive care nurse at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

Fusillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from California State University at Dominguez Hills and received an Associate degree in nursing from Niagara Community College. She received ANCC Nurse Executive Certification in 2018.
