As a patient or visitor to Kaleida Health, you can enjoy free, unlimited access to the digital version of The Buffalo News while you’re connected to our free KaleidaWiFi network.
Patients will continue to receive a hard copy edition of The Buffalo News Monday through Friday, but now they can also access the newspaper on line through their phone, laptop, tablet or other Wi-Fi enabled device.
“It’s just one small way we can improve the patient experience at Kaleida Health,” said Brian DeCicco, web technology team leader. “Some people like to get their news in print, some like to read it in digital format. Now we can accommodate both preferences, and access is totally free."
Users simply connect to the KaleidaWifi network and navigate in their browser to buffalonews.com. The digital edition automatically conforms to the type of device it is displayed on.
“In an upcoming release of the MyKaleida mobile app there will be a convenient link in the Patient & Visitors section that will take you directly to the buffalonews.com homepage," said DeCicco.
