On November 6, 2020, the D1 Primary & Specialty Care Center at Buffalo General Medical Center will close its doors and merge services with Hertel Elmwood Internal Medicine, located at 900 Hertel Ave. in Buffalo, where the offices will begin operating under a new name: Hertel Elmwood Primary Care Center.
