Question - I get the one of the following error message(s)

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

or

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-12203: TNS:unable to connect to Listener

Answer - The Cerner Millennium or the Enterprise Master Patient Index systems, which are among the databases used by InfoClique are temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes by Refreshing your screen. Once the system(s) are active the InfoClique queries will work again.
