Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

Per Kaleida Health mandate: all EMS providers must wear a mask while in a Kaleida facility

Pre-Hospital care at Kaleida Health is directed by a team of board-certified emergency and pediatric emergency physicians with extensive experience in emergency medical services, disaster medicine, and pre-hospital care. Each hospital is represented by their director of pre-hospital care to the Western Regional Emergency Medical Advisory Committee (WREMAC).  Having representation on this committee ensures that the patients shared by Kaleida and our regional EMS partners are provided the highest quality of care.

We strive to provide excellent patient and EMS experience at our hospitals and value the experience of our EMS partners across the region. The contact information for each of the directors of pre-hospital care can be found below. We are able to provide limited patient follow up on patients transported by our EMS partners by emailing the links below.

Follow up requests must be sent from an official EMS agency/fire department e-mail account.

In order to continue to provide the best possible experience to our EMS partners while transitioning care at our hospitals, please feel free to complete the Hospital Experience Form if you would like to share your experience in the hospital with us.
