Through their affiliation with the Jacobs Neurological Institute, they are able to lessen the effect of neurological diseases through focused research in the development of advanced patient-centered care programs. Stroke Care Center

The Gates Vascular Institute is home to the Stroke Care Center, and is a Designated Stroke Center by the New York State Department of Health. A multidisciplinary team made up of specialists in the treatment of stroke provides a comprehensive program emphasizing prevention and acute stroke care.
