  • Reference assistance in person, by phone, fax, or e-mail
  • Literature searching service provided by specialized librarians
  • Enduser searching on HUBNET
  • Use of computer equipment and electronic resources
  • User education programs: HUBNET training classes, orientations, and bibliographic instruction *
  • Self-service photocopying
  • After-hours access
  • Internet access, user support, and consultation
  • Consumer Health Service (information for the general public on disease and wellness)
