Mommy & Me Postpartum Support and Education Classes for New Parents at Lancaster OB/GYN
OB/GYN Center is Part of the Network of OB/GYN Centers by Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo

“Bringing home a baby for the first time can be exciting, confusing and sometimes overwhelming,” said Lynn Stroehlein, RN, Childbirth Educator, Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. “Mommy & Me is a class designed for new moms who are looking to gain a better understanding about caring for their postpartum self and baby.”
Attend alone or bring your baby with you! The open forum format is facilitated by registered nurses with more than 25 years of experience and allows us to focus on any problems or struggles our moms may be facing. Those who attend will receive the knowledge and confidence to determine what works best for you and your baby.
