Gather your friends and Spring Into Fitness this Saturday!
Spring Into Fitness is a USA Track & Field sanctioned and certified 5K (3.1 miles) race open to anyone. By participating, you show your commitment to living a more active life.
This year’s event will begin and end at the newly opened Gates Vascular Institute, Kaleida Health’s latest addition to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Come out and celebrate healthy living and be sure to invite your friends and family to this fun event.

Kaleida Award
At this year’s inaugural event, we will award two prestigious healthcare trophies to participating Kaleida employees. One award will be bestowed upon the Kaleida facility that has the highest percentage of employee finishers. A second trophy will be awarded to the individual Kaleida department that has the highest ratio of participants to staff members. More information and detail to follow!
The Benefit
This event is organized and designed to promote the health and well-being of our surrounding community. Charity begins at home, so all net proceeds will be donated to the Kaleida Health Foundation. The Foundation has created a fund with the sole purpose of fostering future Health Living activities for Kaleida employees and the community.
