“Kaleida Health is proud to recognize 9 new experts in the Microsoft Office Suite,” states Fran Meyer, Vice President of Information Systems Technology. “Today not only have you invested in your own personal growth, but you have contributed to the growth of Kaleida.”

These recent graduates each went through 22 Instructor Led Microsoft Office Courses that Kaleida Health hosts, free of charge, to its employees. Traditionally, the average employee takes 3 out 22 classes offered in the KCP program, and that is what makes each individual in this group’s effort so amazing.

The Kaleida Computer Professional program recognizes those individuals who go “above and beyond” and complete the entire series of courses. On April 17, 2009, this recognition took place at a luncheon hosted for the graduates, where Fran Meyer proudly passed out certificates to the graduates.

It has been a great experience for the instructors as well, to get to know these students, and watch their skills continue to grow throughout each class. The IST Training Specialists were impressed by the dedication and determination of this group. Each formed a personal bond with the students that transcended the traditional classroom.
