Choose "Save Target As../Save Link As... " and place in the appropriate folder.
PNG are used for just about anything digital and have a transparent background which is good for use on colored backgrounds.
EPS files are used for high-end printing at commercial printers.

Logo Usage Tips
Resizing
When resizing the logo in Microsoft Word or most other programs that support graphics, hold down the shift key when clicking and dragging. This simple key stroke will constrain the proportions of the logo. It will help you avoid getting a squashed or tall looking logo. It is very important to do this to project a consistent corporate identity on all documents. The following are incorrect usages.
Photocopied Documents
If you are creating a document that is meant to be photocopied, do not use the color version of the logo. Be sure to use the B&W version so that it reproduces correctly when copied. This also applies to laser printed and faxed documents.
