Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

Yoga is the union between our mind, body, and spirit. Prenatal yoga bonds the mother and child throughout pregnancy with effective stretches and postures. Emphasis on breathing enhances focus and concentration. Prenatal yoga postures will increase flexibility and circulation. We end each practice with a relaxation and meditation to relieve tension and tightness.

Young Parents Campus - Community Baby Shower Drop-Off and Workshop Expo

Several Kaleida Health departments are scheduled to during this event including: Women's Health Services, Facilitated Enrollers (health insurance) and GBUAHN. This event is free and open to the public.


"It Takes a Village", Community Baby Shower and Expo, encourages the community to donate diapers, pull-ups, wipes, teething rings, bottles and maternity clothes.

Doctors of the World Concert

Doctors from nine countries will trade scalpels and stethoscopes for bows and reeds on Saturday, July 19 at 8 p.m. at Kleinhans Music Hall as they join the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra (BPO) in a concert to benefit the new John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
