Youth Link Program
The Youth Link Program provides primary and specialty care, care coordination, individual and group counseling, health education, self-management training and treatment adherence for adolescents ages 13-24 years of age.
Our team specializes in care for youth and young adults who are living with HIV or at risk for HIV, sexually transmitted infections (STI’s), who are experiencing homelessness, mental health and/or substance use. We also provide comprehensive and supportive service for youth who identify LGBTQ.
