Sometimes good food offers comfort after a long day of worry. The food options below are on-site or within walking distance of Buffalo General Medical Center, and although Buffalo General doesn’t endorse any restaurant, the closest options are listed below for visitor convenience.
Food and Beverage Options In-House
Cafeteria: Located on the first floor in Section “B,” the Cafeteria offers hot entrees, salad bar, soups, sandwiches, pizza, assorted beverages, desserts and daily specials. It is open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Friday and open 11 a.m. -6:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Tim Hortons: Located in the main lobby and featuring flavored coffees, juice, muffins, bagels, sandwiches, cookies, and more, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Vending Machines: Available 24 hours a day. Located on the first floor of Section “B,” just outside the cafeteria entrance and in the Emergency Department waiting room.
Guest Trays: Visitors can order a guest food tray by purchasing Guest Tray Coupons for a fee from a Hospitality Associate in the cafeteria. Guests can purchase as many coupons as they desire at one time
