Kaleida Café

Located on the ground floor, the Café is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Choices include the day's featured soups, salads, and entrée selections, sandwiches from the SubConnection, or freshly made personal pizzas from Pete's Arena. "Grab and Go" selections of sandwiches and salads are available for those on the go. A variety of coffee, drinks, bottled beverages and snack items are also available.

The Kaleida Cafe hours are
Monday- Friday
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. (Hot food arrives at 7:30)
Lunch: 11:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. (Includes hot items from the grill)
Dinner: 4:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m.

Weekends & Holidays
7:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.
11:00 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.

Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons is located on the first floor in the main lobby and open everyday.

Cashier’s Office

Conveniently located just off the main lobby across from the visitor’s desk and next to admissions. Open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-12:30 pm & 1:30 pm–4:00 pm.  The cashier’s office opens early on Thursdays at 7:00 am.

Chapel

The chapel is open to visitors 24/7 for prayer or as a place for peace and quiet.  It is conveniently located on the ground floor next to the mailroom.  You may ask any staff member for assistance in finding the chapel or any other destinations if you are unsure of a location.

Gift Shop

The Women's Board of MFSH has been serving patients, hospital personnel, and visitors since 1974.

The shop's inventory includes a wide variety of items including:

Library Services

The library offers health information on a variety of topics, including child birth, diseases, injuries, medications, prenatal care, wellness and general information in language that is easy for everyone to understand. Also available for families are community resources such as agencies and services that may assist you.  A librarian is here to assist you with your search.

Suburban Family Pharmacy

Patients and family members can now enjoy the speed and convenience of getting prescriptions filled as soon as they are discharged ... without even leaving the hospital! The Suburban Family Pharmacy is a full-service retail pharmacy conveniently located in the lobby of Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.

The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed holidays) and accepts most major insurers and most Part D plans.

Visitor Lounges

Each floor has a lounge for visitors in addition to the main lobby waiting area.

Newspaper

The Buffalo News is available for no cost to patients on all nursing units Monday-Friday. Other local papers are offered at the front entrance of the hospital.

At Your Request Room Service

At Your Request Room Service Dining Program, a unique patient dining experience similar to a hotel’s room service.  What makes this program special is the ability to order from the restaurant-style menu and select “What You Want – When You Want It”

• Order food anytime between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., as long as food choices conform to physicians' orders.
• Each meal is freshly prepared, and delivered within 45 minutes.
• Families can also assist with orders by calling (716) 859-5400 from anywhere outside the hospital.
• Guest Trays are also available for patients and families to dine together. Vouchers for Guest Meals can be purchased in the cafeteria.

The Security department at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of everyone within the facility and surrounding campus.

Security is available on-site seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Security Escorts
When leaving the hospital at night or anytime, please feel free to call our Security Department at 568-3065 or dial 0 for the operator and request a security escort. It is helpful to call ten minutes prior to your intended departure time.
